Emilio José Cardenal, Interinvestments Realty’s® owner, is second generation to a saga of successful Real Estate entrepreneurs in the State of Florida.
The Cardenal Family initiates its activities on the Real Estate business during 1979; when Emilio Sr. opens his first office in Miami, specializing on New Development Sales to foreign investors, and Property Management Services.
But it was years later in 1992, when Emilio Jr. joins the family’s business, that the development of the operation takes place; he expands its sales department and renames the brokerage as Interinvestments Realty, Inc.
Once the brand and concepts are established; Emilio starts working on the Organization. First identifies the marketplace needs and implements his innovative ideas to address those needs. The selection of an experienced management team is a very important part of his plan, and finally, with strong leadership and work ethics builds-up the sales department with a group of inspired associates… and thus, is how Interinvestments Realty’s® rise begins
Interinvestments Realty® has promoted the sales for many of Florida's largest Developers, assisting them in the marketing of their properties. Currently Interinvestments Realty® is represented by over 300 Realtor-Associates, and just in the last 5 years has sold over 1 billion dollars in residential properties.
